A 18K (750/1000) yellow gold "Savonnette" pocket watch with a double gold case. The round dial features black painted Arabic and Roman numerals and a seconds subdial at 6 o'clock. It has a lever escapement movement with a straight-line escapement, a compensated balance wheel, a Breguet overcoil, and 19 jewels. Late 19th century (hallmarked with a horse's head). It comes with a waistcoat chain with 18K (750/1000) gold slides and a gold-plated winding key. Very good overall condition.
