Could life be suspended? How long\u2026 for eternity? Could we live again after being frozen?<br \/>\nHe decides to sculpt his full-length self-portrait, a bas-relief stuck in the material, prisoner of the bronze, both hands forward to resist. The struggle between the body and the solidifying matter is perceptible. The background, like a molten metal, is animated by movement, but life is frozen there.
